Your New Role

As their Management Accountant, your responsibilities includes:

* Preparing monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning cycles
* Business partnering with non‑finance stakeholders to influence decisions
* Providing meaningful insight into performance drivers and cost control
* Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of transactional accuracy
* Identifying process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
* Assisting with year‑end and audit preparation
* Opportunity to support strategic projects, system enhancements



What You'll Need to Succeed

* Part‑qualified or fully qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
* Strong management reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insight
* Confident communication skills and a proactive, business‑partnering approach
* Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or similar advantageous)
* Commercial awareness and a continuous‑improvement mindset
* Experience gained within fast‑paced or growing environments
