We are urgently looking for a Architect/Architectural Technician who is looking to relocate to Dover, Kent. We have a sister company that is building Eco friendly houses, bungalows and temporary housing.

Required for our manufacturing company based in Barfrestone, Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
For work on our New Envirowall Eco Wall Panels Ltd projects

The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: -
Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Computer literate.
Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketch up skills.
Some experience in InDesign and 3d rendering packages.
Good presentation skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Knowledge of technical construction and some understanding of current UK Building/Plannning Regulations.
You must be a confident, friendly and outgoing person who is able to work well within a team.
Must have driving licence as may be asked to go to our other site in Kent.

Hours: 08.30am - 5.00pm
28 days per annum (this includes all bank holidays)

You must have transport due to the location of the business and that there is no public transport to the village.
This is a non-smoking site due to the nature of the business.
