You will have a qualification in Building services engineering or Construction. This could have been obtained from College or University.

What is essential here is a great attitude towards learning & developing your skillsets. You will undergo a six month training programme to sell air and climate solutions ( ACS) and Filter and damper systems (FDS) into industry, through consultation with architects or building designers.

Therefore this role requires excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy.

You will have the ability to develop, nurture and grow a wide range of contacts within professional consultancies and HVAC contractors.

You will develop the ability to be able to interpret complex project specification documents/ drawings/ schematics.

You will be able to accurately record enquiries and project details within the in-house CRM.
