This role is crucial in supporting various administrative functions and facilitating effective communication within the organisation.

Responsibilities Include:

Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email
Organising and compiling documents
Preparing welcome packs
Drafting reports
Issuing an uploading invoices
Inputting information onto systems
Managing emails and scanning documents
Assisting in client onboarding
Providing administrative support to various departments
Additional administrative tasks as needed
