Contract Administrator

£13 - £13.50 per hour + PLUS holiday accrual

Our client, a service provider have an urgent requirement for Contract Administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis.



Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:



* Dealing with internal and external emails on a day to day basis.
* Supporting the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholder's queries.
* Obtaining and retrieving records as required.
* Ordering and maintaining supplies
* Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements, purchase orders and Invoices
* Carrying out any ad hoc duties as and when required.

To be considered for this role you will need:



* Good time keeping and meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
* Organised and logical
* Good IT Skills including Microsoft office packages
* Proven organisational skills

Hours are 9.30-6pm with 30 minutes lunch break
