Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector

Location - Ramsgate, Kent

We are currently looking for a Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector to join our client's team in Ramsgate. Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the electronic and electromechanical sector, offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Main Duties:

* Dismantle hydraulic and mechanical components into their sub-components.
* Conduct a range of inspection tasks, including:

* Analysing technical documents.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
* Detecting signs of wear, damage, or corrosion on components.
* Using precise calibrated measurement tools.
* Completing and updating digital documentation.

* Assemble hydraulic and mechanical systems and components from technical specifications, preparing them for final testing and review.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards set by CAA, EASA, FAA, and company policies.
* Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
* Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations or other business requirements.

Candidate Profile:

* Experience in mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with at least GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational abilities with a strong eye for detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Highly organized with a proactive approach.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
