Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a stores' administrator for our client based in Redhill. This is a full-time permanent position starting asap.
Monday to Friday
7am till 5:30pm
Salary
£27,000 per year
Duties:
- Data entry
- Creating purchase orders & sending them to the suppliers.
- Receive purchase orders & follow up with suppliers for any delays.
- Keep track on vendor / supplier contracts.
- Running stock reports and re-order management.
- Assist Stores team during various inventory counts.
- Implementing strategies for optimising the ordering process, thus reducing the cost per order.
