£11.44- £12.00 Per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Office administrator for our busy client based in Longfield.

This is a customer focused role, where you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to their customers, assisting with enquiries and delivering a first class service.

This is a part time, Maternity cover position. The contract is lasting from 9-12 months initially. - This can potentially lead to a permanent position.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 0930am - 14:30pm

Paying from £11.44 per hour. Up to £12 per hour based on experience

Job Duties:
- Accurately create internal documents such as Warehouse Picking Lists, Delivery & Collection Notes which in turn generate accurate invoices.
- Taking customer orders via phone
- Using computer systems to process orders
- General admin duties

Key Skills and knowledge:

-Previous experience of similar administrative role.
-Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
-Attention to detail and an aptitude to do the job right first time every time.
-Willing to help other team members when needed.
-Excellent numeracy and attention to detail skill.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-A can do attitude.
