Your new role
You'll be working a 40-hour week from the new head office in Maidstone with Golding to help improve the overdue repair services for customers. You'll be expected to co-ordinate and complete the process from start to finish promptly, working closely with customers, colleagues and sub-contractors to deliver a professional, high-quality, great customer-focused repair service.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be used to working in a high-pressure, high-volume customer service or/and repairs environment. You would have previous experience as a gas planner (due to the guidelines of this role) and be able to manage a busy schedule and complete priority tasks. You'll also need to be confident and competent in using IT software systems.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary rate in a stable position - £31,500 (pro rata).
