**Role: Maintenance Operative**
**Location:** New Hythe, Aylesford
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40-hour week)
**Salary:** £12.43 per hour
PURPOSE
To assist in the preparation of a range of cabins prior to them going out on hire.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client provides more buildings for hire than anyone else. They offer modular buildings for sale and rent, as well as off-site permanent buildings for temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent use.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Cleaning units and fittings internally and externally
Basic painting of cabin exteriors with a roller and/or brush
Performing general maintenance tasks
Assembling furniture
Removing internal fittings prior to works
Working closely with and assisting tradespeople in all aspects of maintenance and fit outs of new and old cabins

A good attitude
A willingness to learn new skills
Maintenance or construction experience/background
Comfortable working with power tools and painting to building standard
