Up to £35000 per annum + plus commission

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the highly successful team at our Ilford office.

This branch is already an established operation and with your exceptional drive, dedication and sales abilities you will play a 'key role' in reaching targets through developing new business with inactive and prospect clients. You will enjoy meeting a variety of customers to generate wins and optimise the opportunities available to grow your portfolio.

Your role will involve:

* Increasing the profitability of the Branch by achieving and exceeding agreed monthly targets, through development of new business.
* Developing sales strategies that will penetrate all business within the geographic area, plus increase revenue and market share.
* Identifying a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Creating of significant pipeline to support sales and recognise the lengthier sales cycle associated with public sector clients
* Being able to manage your own diary and determine inputs required to deliver success

You may have a proven track record as a B2B Sales Manager now looking for your next role within business development, or you may be an experienced Business Development or Sales Executive with a sound sales track record. You will also be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, with lots of drive, a strong desire to succeed, be a strong communicator and relationship builder.

As there will be a requirement to visit client's sites for relationship building and business opportunities you will need your own transport (we will pay for business mileage).
