With offices in Tunbridge Wells and Dover, they specialise in creating innovative and sustainable designs. Their projects range from residential to specialised sectors, including healthcare and education. Offering between £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.

They have a lovely office culture and have adapted to 'blend' office and home working to provide work/life balance for all the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the design team to ensure project objectives are met
* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
* Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion.
* Actively involved with clients and contractors as participating members of the design team.
* Healthcare experience is essential.
