!!! HGV2 HIAB DRIVER WANTED IN CANTERBURY!!!

As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building products to various construction sites and customers. This role requires proficient operation of HIAB crane equipment (GRAB), excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate a Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB crane to load, transport, and deliver building products.
-Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to construction sites and other locations.
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure operational safety.
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and vehicle inspections.
-Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulations related to the operation of HIAB equipment.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing any delivery-related queries professionally and promptly.
-Assist with the manual handling of building products when necessary.

Requirements:

-Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
-HIAB certification and experience operating HIAB crane equipment.
-Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
-Digital Tachograph Card.
-Previous experience in driving Class 2 vehicles and delivering building products.
-Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
-Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading goods.
