Customer Service Advisor needed

Salary- £21,000, with an annual bonus opportunity

Hours- Shift pattern between 9am to 5pm and 2 in 4 Saturday mornings (Time back in Lieu)

Our client based in Chatham is looking for a confident articulate individual who can demonstrate good customer service skills.

You will be trained and supported throughout the process to ensure you reach your potential. They provide excellent initial experience for an individual who has never worked in an office environment! No cold calls!

Responsibilities:-

* Engaging with customers and providing assistance along their journey.
* Providing great customer service to new and existing customers
