**Position: Administrator and Customer Service Operative**

• Booking customer service appointments with clients via phone & email, using bespoke software to manage engineers’ availability.
• Manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Outlook).
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
