Your new role
As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary team. Your mission? To deliver a full suite of building surveying duties across various projects and sectors.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Project Management: From feasibility studies to administering contracts, you'll handle it all and dive into refurbishment projects with confidence. Standard Forms: JCT, NEC-these are your playground. You'll apply and master standard building contracts.
Mentoring: Guide and inspire junior Building Surveyors through the APC program. Share your expertise and elevate the team.
Quality and Safety: Understand the principles that drive excellence. Safety and environmental consciousness are second nature to you.
Client Relationships: Managing client relationships like a pro. Your legal and technical prowess will shine.

What you'll need to succeed
Challenge Seeker: You're always hungry for new learning opportunities, ensuring your technical skills stay razor-sharp.
Qualifications: B.Sc. (Hon's) in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited) or similar. Full membership in The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MCIOB or similar).
Experience: You've got all-round surveying experience, work-winning skills, and a knack for managing pre- and post-contract responsibilities
