We are looking for a Lettings Administrator who is happy to work in a fast-paced office environment and strives to provide excellent customer service, where attention to detail is of great importance and as well as being a very organised individual that works well within a team environment .

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lettings Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our lettings department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the rental process, taking a viewer through the lettings journey, from completing references, compliance paperwork, working closely with the negotiator and property manager to ensure that it is a smooth and correct procedure to moving tenants in.

The ideal applicant will be looking to work a 4 day week, but full time may be available for the right applicant
Responsibilities will include:

• Processing tenancy applications and agreements
• Scheduling appointments and occasionally attending viewings
• Preparing marketing materials and uploading property details to online portals
• Liaising with landlords and tenants, responding to enquiries, and addressing their concerns, dealing with utility companies
• Maintaining accurate property records and tenancy files
• Preparing legal documents such as tenancy agreements and notices
• Assisting in preparing properties for a new tenancy, including compliance
• Managing tenancy renewals and assisting with deposit returns
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the lettings team

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A positive and can-do attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Social media experience would be and advantage
• Experience in a lettings or property management environment would be an advantage, or someone with a very strong administrative background

• A chance to develop your knowledge and skills in the property industry, training is provided, as is the opportunity to take lettings qualifications.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and pro rata for 4 days.
