Your new company
I am looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Director to join a SME construction business based in North Kent. As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of the company and report directly to the directors of the business.
Your new role

* Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing performance and risks.:
* Oversee the company's finance IT system.
* Provide guidance and advice on general accounting matters.
* Manage and supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and support.
* Contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business goals
* Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.

What you\'ll need to succeed

* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Experience of working in the construction industry
* Have worked as number 1 in finance for a SME business
* Managed a team previously
* Strong Excel and IT Skills

What you\'ll get in return
The Finance Director is paying in the range of £110-130,000 per Annum, depending on experience plus other benefits.
