Our client is a dynamic and ambitious general insurance business that incorporates an international focused Lloyds broker, UK domestic intermediaries and MGA platforms. This is a new role that will support continued growth and innovation within the group



Overview:

A dynamic and skilled individual to act as an Operations Business Analyst / Project Manager. This role requires expertise and understanding in operational processes within the insurance brokerage industry and more specifically the London market. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects, analysing operational requirements and implementing solutions to optimise business processes and drive operational excellence.

You will work closely with business units and external stakeholders to analyse operational processes and identify areas for enhancement.

Devise solutions and provide full project management for the implementation of new processes and integration of practices.

This is a fluid roll and will someone who thrives in a business transformation environment and enjoys managing multiple workstreams.



Key skills required:

* A proven track record within a London Market insurance setting
* In depth understanding of operations and business analysis
* Experience in full-cycle project management, preferred
* Strong stakeholder management
* Experience in change management and transformation

What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in City of London with hybrid homeworking flexibility
* Salary between £40,000 and £60,000
