Job Title: Management AccountantLocation: Gillingham, KentSalary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentRole Overview:As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and decision-making process of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, providing insights to support strategic planning, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:

* Prepare and manage all aspects of the company's financial management accounts and budgets.
* Provide accurate and timely analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for effective decision-making.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Performance Analysis:
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
* Identify and resolve issues related to cash flow and working capital efficiency.
* Evaluate the cost/benefit of major capital expenditures and present recommendations to the directors.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Qualified (ACCA / ACA) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
* Proficiency in computer and accounting software, including Excel (pivot tables and V-Lookup).
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to present accurate data in a concise and logical manner.

Personal Attributes:

* High level of integrity and ability to operate independently.
* Proven track record in a similar finance role.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
