IT Infrastructure Engineer

I am seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our client based in Kent. As part of their transition to a cloud-first hosting platform, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the cloud adoption journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* 24x7x365 Support: Provide timely incident management, ensuring swift resolution to customer alerts.
* Azure Administration: Manage Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) objects, role-based access control (RBAC), subscriptions, governance, storage, and compute resources.
* Virtual Networking: Configure and secure access to virtual networks, monitor and troubleshoot virtual networking, and implement backup and recovery.
* Automation and Innovation: Drive change, automation, and innovation in the cloud journey.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrable experience working with Azure on an infrastructure/implementation basis.
* Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows server administration and troubleshooting.
* Strong command-line configuration and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
* Exceptional customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
