Hays recruitment are recruiting our client based in Dartford for a team leader role in their print shop department.



This is a full-time position temp to perm for the right candidate.

Monday to Thursday - 08:30 - 17:00
Friday 08:30 - 16:00
1-Hour Lunch break

£12 Per hour
Duties
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals.
- Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles.
- Driving Daily Department Demands.
-. Sustain and drive lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
- Participate as an active member of the production team and running the machine

- Leading a small team
