Expanding to meet busy demand, the company seek to recruit a new team member who will train to become a Recruitment Consultant – whilst a background of sales/customer service or account management would be preferred experience, any could be considered!


Supported by an ongoing personalised training and development plan, day-to-day, you will be empowered to manage end-to-end recruitment processes from start to completion; you will work on a varied portfolio of work, using skills such as proactive liaison, agreeing and meeting briefs, conducting visits, as well as meeting, interviewing and briefing candidates. You will operate in a space in between sales and customer service delivery, also using other skills such as advertising/marketing, organisation and administration, problem solving and process management

Salary with experience + uncapped bonus

Monday – Friday only – could be a great route away from evening/weekend working for the next stages in your career!

In order to succeed, you will need to have : confidence, desire to make a difference and an impact, and strong work ethics.

Prior experience in recruitment or a consultative / service orientated sales industry is beneficial, by no means essential.
