This a is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Finance Business Partner to join this leading East Kent based business.

The role:
Covering all aspects of financial control and supporting commercial decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategy, reporting, and forecasting for the business. Your responsibilities will also encompass providing essential business partnering, insight, and challenge to the commercial and executive teams, offering timely, valuable, and commercial financial analysis to enhance key performance indicators and decision making.

Key responsibilities:
-Offer strategic financial guidance to key stakeholder and decision makers.
-Support business development efforts, offering financial expertise and scenario modelling.
-On a monthly basis, assist in analysing financial results to comprehend and communicate key financial drivers, especially variances from the financial plan, prior-year figures, and the latest forecasts.
-Aid in the month-end close and reporting process, including preparing month-end adjustments.
-Provide year-end adjustments and support with audit queries, as needed.
-Assist in coordinating and taking ownership of producing the annual plan, collaborating closely with the commercial teams.
-Assist and challenge account managers in creating robust monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
-Assist in consolidating financial forecasts and accounts.

Your background:
You will need to be an accomplished Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant, ideally possessing or in the final stages of holding a relevant financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Demonstrate your ability to provide robust commercial financial management and analysis, combined with advanced business partnering and key stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience in a similar role from within a busy and fast paced environment would also be beneficial.

You can expect a salary package in the region of £55,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits including company bonus and hybrid working. Ref #J11402
