Are you an experienced HR Manager or a HR Business Partner looking for progression? I am currently working with a client looking to appoint a HR Manager for period of 12 months. You will play a key role in developing all aspects of HR within the school and have experience within a similar role. This role offers hybrid working.
Essential & Desirable Skills:
- CIPD qualified minimum level 5, preferably level 7
- Operational HR background in a senior role
- Outstanding computer literacy and highly competent in the knowledge of databases and reporting
- Experience of managing people
- Previous experience of delivering recruitment and dealing with compliance essential

- Provide professional advice and support to the Head and senior managers on HR policies
