Our client based in Billericay is looking for an Account Executive to join their busy and growing team.
Duties for the Account Executive role:
* Create an efficient and proactive business handling process.
* Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner, dealing with queries and gathering relevant information from the customer to enter onto the company computer systems.
* Maintain and grow existing client accounts by cross / up-selling using extensive product knowledge.
* Identity and follow a new business opportunity through to sale or forward on to the relevant member of staff.
* Manage and administer business which falls within the following categories; Commercial / Corporate:
*
* Provide high quality service to customers.
* Giving instructions to insurance providers.
* Checking policy documents prior to receipt by clients.
* Process correspondence, pre-renewal and renewal activity, quotations, and data input.
* Ensure that all post and diary activity is completed daily.
Requirements for the Account Executive role:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience within Commercial Broking.
* Ability to identify new business opportunities and progress to a sale, or forward to an appropriate member of staff.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work both within a team and independently.
* Confident with MS Office, Acturis and OGI System.
* Excellent organisational skills.
This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
