Our client, a family run construction company has an urgent requirement for a permanent Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering and redirecting calls
* Document control
* Monitoring emails
* Compiling letters
* Assisting with organising events
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you should have:

* Previous office experience
* Word and Excel
* The ability to work as part of a team
* A proactive attitude to work

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
