Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Business Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities for the Business Administrator will involve:

* Answering phone calls, transferring calls to the correct departments, and taking messages
* Following up on clients' business communications
* Ordering, billing and tracking the organisation's expenditure
* Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external shareholders
* Making employee travel arrangements and assisting with minor technical issues
* Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
* Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations

Requirements for the Business Administrator role:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* GCSE Grade 4 or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
* Computer Literacy
* Previous experience in Administration and / or managing online databases is desirable

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
