Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Document Controller / Administrative Assistant to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and will have previously worked within the construction industry.
The Document Controller / Administrative Assistant role involves:
* Arranging meetings and taking minutes (longhand)
* Working alongside the divisional lead
* Checking emails
* Uploading drawings
* Updating the tracker spreadsheets on Excel
* Assisting the QS Team
* Pulling together Construction documentation for the O&M manuals
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of using MS Office, including Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure
* Previous Administration experience
* Previous experience as a Document Controller and/or within the construction industry is desirable
This is an office-based role working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
