Due to expansion of our services, we have an amazing opportunity for a Supported Living registered manager. The service will support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health in the Kent area and neighbouring areas.

This role requires someone who is flexible. Monday-Friday ,9am-5pm (flexibility will be required for this role).

Your new role

To be successful in this job role you must be able to:
• Lead and manage the supported living personal care team to deliver the best possible outcomes over multiple sites
• Take the lead on critical issues
• Make sure the service is CQC compliant
• Adhere to the companies Policies and Procedures
• Develop the team to achieve their highest potential
• Assist with recruitment
• Identify new ideas and working practices, with long-term improvement capability
• Celebrate success and bringing a positive mindset to work

What you\'ll need to succeed

* Minimum of NVQ 5 in Social Care.
* As the Registered Manager you will hold the CQC registration for the service.
* Previous CQC registered experience
* Experience managing Learning Disability and Mental Health in personal care Supported Living Services across multiple sites
