Day-to-day this is a varied risk and compliance role - working on and leading projects; conducting checks and reviews; auditing, mapping and improving policy/process; communicating with clients; producing analytical reports on compliance performance; FCA liaison; managing documents and provisioning internal training.

£35000-45000 + benefits

Fantastic offices in convenient Tunbridge Wells location- free parking & accessible easily by train bus or car

Monday-Friday 9-5

Could be an ideal opportunity for someone to move out of London and work locally, or for someone looking to step forwards in seniority.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Risk / Compliance role in financial services, although this is not essential and the position could be a good opportunity for someone to break into the specialist area.
