My client is a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Company with head office in Sevenoaks looking for someone to join them during an exciting period of development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse team who interact with all areas of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Raising Work Orders
• processing purchase invoices/purchase orders
• Reconciling purchase ledger accounts
• verifying subcontractors that are CIS registered
• Sending out correspondence to suppliers/subcontractors
• Responsible that all invoices are entered monthly before month end
• Sending remittances
• Additional ad-hoc duties
