We are looking to recruit friendly and reliable people to join our Domestic Department. We have a number of part time vacancies available on a term-time basis. No experience is required as you will be given full training, however you must be efficient, flexible, and organised.

Catering Assistant

Main duties include preparation of the food service areas, assisting serving meals to students, staff and visitors, preparation, and cleaning of the Dining Room.

Hours available:

Monday to Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm Term Time

Monday 5:45pm to 8:30pm Term Time

Thursday 5:45pm to 8:30pm Term Time

Friday 5:45pm to 8:30pm Term Time

Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm Term Time

Sunday 5:45pm to 8:00pm Term Time

Benenden is one of the leading boarding schools in Britain. We were founded in 1923 and are situated in 250 acres of attractive parkland in Kent. There are 550 girls in the school, aged 11-18, with 190 of those in the Sixth Form. We are an ambitious school, with recent developments including a state-of-the-art Science Centre and All-Weather Sports Pitch, and our new world-class Centenary Hall and Music School opened in June 2022.

Meals are provided to staff whilst on duty. The School’s leisure facilities, including a fitness gym and swimming pool are available for staff to use.
