We have a great Business Support opportunity for the right candidate working in a hybrid role, splitting your time between their head office in Rayleigh and working from home. Our client is an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section.

Our client is looking for a candidate to join their Business Development Manager, you will have strong administration and organisation skills, be numerate and data aware, and be able to use desktop and web-based software packages confidently, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Business Development Manager to review functions where an issue has been identified. Review existing processes to identify process issues, and create an improvement strategy. Define new processes and get buy in from business leads to make changes. Working closely with the management team to support project roll out across the business through online demonstrations.

As well as working with the Business Development Manager, you will also work closely with the Project Manager in a support role in terms of project delivery, through tracking and monitoring progress. Creating process maps and work instructions to support new initiatives delivered through projects.

On the job training will be given. The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
