Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Salary: £22-23,000

Location: Medway



Key Responsibilities:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers calling the contracts department, responding to inquiries, fulfilling requests, and providing excellent client service.
* Serving as the initial point of contact between the contracts department and the factory, fielding questions and handling requests as they arise.
* Collaborating closely with Contracts Management and the Project Manager to manage day-to-day operations related to contract orders, from initial order receipt to internal administration and communication with all relevant stakeholders, through to completion of delivery processes and post-sales support.
* Managing all necessary paperwork and logistics related to contract orders, including internal order forms, delivery schedules, and coordination with transport service providers to ensure smooth project delivery
* Attending all internal meetings related to hotel and other contract projects, contributing detailed project insights and offering input in addition to that provided by the Project Manager and Divisional Contract Directors.
