My Client in Tilbury is looking for an LGV fitter for their site in South Kirkby in West Yorkshire.

The role is to maintain and service all manner of vehicles including HGV1 and LGV2 to DVSA standards.

Duties will include but may not be exhaustive to:-

Diagnosing issues and fix all vehicles and trailers in the fleet, making sure all vehicles are serviced and within SMI requirements, you will also be part of a 1 in 3 call out rota attending out of hours breakdowns as required.

Ensure all risk assessements are carried out and recorded whilst working towards a 100% pass rate on all presented MOT's. Report any accidental damage and making sure all company vehicles are kept legal and roadworthy.

There are 2 alternate shifts one week being 6.00am to 3.00pm followed by 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Having a Class 1 or 2 licence is desirable but not essential for this role.
