Our client, a successful Freight Forwarder, is looking for a Freight Forwarding Internal Sales to join their growing team in Essex.

 

As the Freight Forwarding Internal Sales, you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, provide quotations and ensure that quotes are logged.

The successful Freight Forwarding Internal Sales will have previous Sales experience and come from a Forwarding background.

We are looking for ambitious driven candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills in order to develop relationships with customers and suppliers.

 

Freight Forwarding Internal Sales Duties:
 


Dealing with internal sales and visiting customers where required.Follow up on new business opportunitiesCold calling clientsCreating quotes for customers and managing sales processAccount management of exiting accountsProvide cover when needed for team members and outside sales, e.g., holidays and sickness
 

Experience of the Internal Sales Support:


Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)Can confidently talk and negotiate with customers as well as with departments.Good command of the English Language
