Our client a commercial heating solutions manufacturer is looking for a Stock Controller / Analyst to join their team in Basildon, to be the main point of contact for customers regarding stock availabilities and general order enquiries.

 

As the Stock Controller / Analyst, you will have an eye for detail, be computer literate and confident with third party transport systems and strong Excel knowledge.

 

Main duties of the Stock Controller / Analyst:


Updating Stock levels onto the internal systemCompiling daily reports for stock discrepancies, returns & damagesComplete orders to be picked on internal CRM system and create delivery notes.Consistently update and provide management of internal excel tracker, and ensure delivery details are loggedComplete stock allocations & identify any stock shortages Inspect returns for condition and notify client of any damageArrange the stock to be booked onto the system and credit notes to be raise
 

Skills required for the Stock Controller / Analyst:


Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in stock control MUST have strong excel experience - including pivot tables Strong communication skills and attention to detailExperience with working with CRM (desirable but not essential)
