Our client, an established Construction Company has an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Receptionist to join their winning team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Dealing with callers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining a tidy reception area
* Issuing security badges to all visitors
* Signing visitors in and out
* Dealing with incoming mail
* Replenishing company brochures
* Copy, log and distribute incoming faxes
* Book Couriers
* Organise refreshments for meetings
* Book meeting rooms
* Any other ad hoc administration as required.

To be considered for this role you will need to be:

* Computer literate
* Able to communicate at all levels
* Ready to work out of hours to cover for holidays or sickness
* Able to establish great working relationships with colleagues.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

Salary: £25,000-£27,000.
