An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and enthusiastic person to join a highly successful independent Recruitment Agency as Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a vibrant, busy team based at our Romford branch. Your previous recruitment knowledge within the industrial and or commercial sector and exceptional sales techniques will play a 'key part' in reaching targets through developing business with active, inactive and prospect clients.

Ideally, you will have a proven sales track record, and will be able to provide evidence of this within your previous roles. You will also be a naturally competitive and motivated individual, with lots of drive and a strong desire to succeed. In addition, you will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to withstand pressure.

While we are looking for someone with industry experience, we are also looking to provide full training to someone hard working, ambitious and looking to start a career in Recruitment.

It is essential that applicants have a full driving licence and access to their own transport.

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm with an on-call phone on a rota basis.
