My client is seeking an experienced and hands on IT Development Manager to join their expanding team.

Working within the IT department the purpose of this role is to: * Provide technology leadership to the department's small IT Development team * Act as a product owner, managing the continuous life cycle and cyber security of the clients in-house and bespoke developments. * Prioritise and schedule IT development work and manage its delivery using Agile methodology. * Work with IT leadership to develop and maintain IT plans and strategy. * Translate business requirements into tangible, realistic IT development deliverables & outcomes IT Development Manager

Requirements: * Previous experience leading Agile development teams * Experience of IT development and demonstratable understanding of: * Software development, including C#, .net, Web Services, JavaScript, JSON, HTML5 and CSS. * Application Support * Cyber Security * SCRUM master * IT change management * Microsoft Office365 (inc.
