Our Client based in Basildon are looking for a Logistics Operator for their expanding Freight Forwarding business.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Cargo Processing: input of data, check and distribute incoming paperwork ensuring it is in line with company procedure and satisfies client requirements.

Warehouse: Liaise with the warehouse, to ensure client service agreements are achieved.

Customer Service: Liaise with clients to provide information relating to the logistics of their goods. Sorting customer queries and dealing with phone calls.

Be a team player and to undertake any mandatory training as and when required.

Experience:

Word and Excel, general admin duties including updating spreadsheets, answering emails.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, 37.5hrs however these hours may change slightly.

This is an ongoing temporary position.
