A very rare opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Admin Team Leader to join a thriving centre for learning.

The ideal applicant will ideally have previous experience working within a school or college and be the first face that visitors see.

Duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting visitors
* General administration
* Stock control
* Producing attendance registers
* Amending databases
* Organising correspondence
* Liaising with finance teams
* Covering reception
* Issuing receipts
* Welfare of students

The ideal applicant will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience of working within a school
* The ability to work well within a team
* Experience using Sims, Parent Mail, Word and Excel
