Our client, a thriving events company has an immediate vacancy for a Telesales Manager to head up their Telesales team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing the performance of all the Telesales representatives. You will also be responsible for development and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities will include:

* Recruiting and training sales staff
* Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies
* Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
* Analysing the performance of the telesales team members
* Addressing queries and complaints
* Keeping a track of KPIs
* Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
* Recording sales calls and meeting details for future reference
* Preparing and presenting accurate sales reports
* Developing sales scripts
* Building and maintaining long term customer relations

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Substantial Telesales Management experience
* Familiarity of latest industry trends and developments
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
