Eurotunnel manages, maintains, and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third-party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency, and respect for the environment.

In 2020, thanks to rigorous management and strong commitment from our teams, Getlink delivered a solid operational and financial performance, in an exceptional context marked by the Covid crisis and Brexit.

Eurotunnel is seeking highly motivated Customer Service Agents to join our Freight Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Agents work on a 24/7 shift basis, delivering excellent customer service to passengers on our Freight service.

This role will interest you if you are passionate about working in a team, committed to offering a high quality of service for our Customers, have excellent communication skills and have previous experience of working in a customer facing role.

Skills/Requirements:

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
• A valid UK driving licence is an absolute requirement (PSV/Cat D licence would be an advantage)
• Competence in Microsoft Office, Outlook, web tools and phone-based apps.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Autonomy and ability to use own initiative.
• Flexible (to meet operational demands)
• Punctual and reliable.
