Secretary / Admin Essex to £32,000
Lloyd's brokers based in Essex have a new role for an experienced Secretary / administrator to work within their busy Insurance office.
* Provides administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.
* Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* coordinating meetings;
* ordering supplies and equipment;
* and coordinating other assistants and clerical staff.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.
* Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills
* Need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Successful candidate must have experience from within the Insurance Industry in the above.
