Part Time Human Resources Administrator

£22000 - £25000 per annum + full time equivalent

Our client, an educational literature supplier have an immediate requirement for a Permanent Part Time HR Administrator.

Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include:

* Entering employment data onto the company People Portal
* Organising employee engagement meetings and taking minutes including return to work, disciplinary and grievance interviews
* Preparing vacancy paperwork and support as 1st line in recruitment
* Setting up recruitment and training events
* 1st line support on answering employee enquiries
* Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
* Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
* Updating employee records inclusing holiday, leaver, new starter and sickness records

Besides the above you will also be responsible for:

* Covering switchboard
* Ensuring all voice mail messages to the main office are taken and redirected to staff member's
* Reporting telephone equipment and line faults to the IT Manager
* Training all new staff in the operation of he telephone system as part of the New Staff induction process and take a pro-active approach to ensuring existing staff are properly trained on full use of the system

3 days per week 9.00am to 6.00pm £22-25,000 (full time equvelent - salary will be pro rata'd for part time hours)
