Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: £23 - 25k

Location: 2 days in office in Aylesford, 3 days remote

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative on a 12-month fixed term contract for our client based in Maidstone.

Duties:

* Logging and resolving customer queries onto Salesforce system.
* Working to SLA targets to provide timely, accurate responses.
* Providing quotations and credits for authorisation and drawing reporting information from the systems as requested.
* Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
* General archiving and office administration tasks.

Skills:

* Positive, conscientious, and reliable.
* Resilient in pressured situations.
* Calm, confident and polite on the phone.
* Confident using MS Office and Salesforce systems.
* Excellent attention to detail.
