Senior Commercial Underwriter

Barker Munro Recruitment, a leading Insurance recruitment agency in the Kent and surrounding regions, is working with a fantastic insurance company who are currently looking to add to their commercial underwriting team with the appointment of a Senior Commercial Underwriter.

As a Senior Commercial Underwriter you will deliver on trading team targets through profitable underwriting of commercial risks across mid-market risks focusing mainly within renewals. You'll be able to build strong relationships with brokers and build a reputation as a regional underwriting expert.

To be considered for the position of Senior Commercial Underwriter, you will be able to demonstrate experience of underwriting property and or casualty risks with the ability to trade with brokers in order to grow your book of business. You're knowledge and experience will have come from an underwriting background with focus on property risks.
