Job Title: Operations Administrator

Salary: £18 - 24,000 DOE

Location: Stansted

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client, a small but prestigious company, have an opening for a full time Operations Administrator within their close-knit team due to growth. Due to location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.

Duties include:

* Providing office-based support to customers and colleagues in the field, acting as a central point of contact and organisation, and always providing excellent customer service.
* Pricing, quoting for, and ordering spare parts, as well as liaising with customers and suppliers to arrange delivery.
* Scheduling installations and associated paperwork and communication with customers, suppliers, and engineers.
* Preparing and updating installation packs, engineer packs, drawing approval forms, and other technical documentation, as well as monitoring returns of approvals, contracts, and orders.
* Dealing with breakdowns and call outs, liaising with engineers and customers.
* Liaising with sub-contractor to maintain work schedules, submit job sheets, and approve for payments before going on to accounts.
* Maintaining in-house database with accurate and up to date customer and contract information.
* Working closely with the accounts to ensure smooth business flow day to day.



The successful candidate will have:

* Solid office experience demonstrating a calm attitude and the ability to work well at fast pace.
* Good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel.
* Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
* Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the desire to excel and meet the customer's needs.
* Willingness to work as part of a small, close team.
